The driving road test

Tomorrow is a big day. I have my drivers road test. I am so excited but I am also scared. If I pass I will be so proud of myself and I can get out and explore the world on my own. I mean I do enjoy having my mom along sometimes but going out on my own will be fun too. Wish me luck!

The bikini Princess and Captain Oliver

There was a lot of competition this year at the Regatta pet parade. A lot of good costumes. As you can see Princess was a bikini girl. I loved the outfit. She looked so cute and did well. Princess loves dressing up because she knows she will get attention from everyone.

Ready for regatta weekend

This weekend is Regatta weekend at the lake where our cabin is at. They have boat races, different competitions and entertainment. I like to watch some of it but there is one activity I participate in. Got any clue what it might be? The pet parade! That consists of dressing up your pets in the best outfit to try and win. As you can see I spent my afternoon grooming Oliver. He needed it badly and he is going to be in the pet parade this weekend. Guess what he is going to be. Just look at him and think about it. I will tell you after the parade when I have some photos.

Found my candy blue…mule

Look! Remember the dream about the candy blue horse that I had. Well, my mom and I stopped in a town last weekend that we were passing through. Look what I found standing right across from my candy blue car. This big mule. Its close enough to a horse and what a beauty!

Beautiful butterfly weekend

My mom, the dogs and I went up to the cabin this weekend and the weather was wonderful. Not too hot and not very humid. In the garden at the cabin we have butterfly bushes that I never really been a fan of. Not because I dont like them. Its just because I am not a fan of bees and attracting them is not something I like doing, But, it is worth it because seeing the beautiful delicate butterflies makes everything seem wonderful.

At times it is hard to photograph butterflies because they move a lot. Always moving their wings and flying to another flower.  Just have to watch them and get a shot before they fly off. Its so worth it though!

A bumble bee! I had to be very brave to get this close to him. Just the buzzing noise of bees makes me cringe. If you ever hear me screech and see my running very fast its probably because I heard and saw a bee or wasp near me.

Now, this little creature I have no clue what it is. First, I thought it was a big bee and my mom thought it was a baby hummingbird. But it looks like a bee butterfly doesnt it? Does anyone know what this is? Its very cool. I just dont have a clue what it is. Its a hummingbird moth.

I am no shoe freak. I mainly stick with three pairs of shoes all year long. Since I like support on my feet I am not a flip flop girl. They aren’t comfy to me. I am more of a sporty type of girl.

Adopt Anna…the cat!

As you all know I am a big supporter of Petfinder, since that is where I found my wonderful dogs. Today, I came across this beautiful gray and white cat. No, I am not adopting this sweet girl. I am a one cat home but her name caught my eye. A cat named Anna. Not something you see everyday. So, I decided to give her a little post to help her find a home. If you live in Georgia, maybe you have room in your heart to give her a forever home. Check out Anna, but just beware her name is Anna which means she may be crazy like me.

Cuteness of Oliver

I love this photo of me and Oliver. It is actually a still shot from the video, The J Bieber. Oliver is such a cutie! Dont cry. I know his cuteness can have that ability on people. Hehe. Even though he is a brat at times I love him to bits. He can always put a big smile on my face. Oliver!!!

Life in a day

Today, July 24th is Life In A Day day on youtube. A day where people all around the world record a day in their life. Showing how they live and what they experience. I think its a brilliant idea. The guy who is running this is making a documentary with some of the footage. He will pick footage that will go into his documentary. Imagine going through all the videos uploaded from hundreds of users? Thats a lot of work! But I did enter some videos for fun.

Do you ever have a picture in your head of how you expect something to come out when its done? Well, I did but my video didnt come out as I expected. Its an alright video but not as good as I would of liked. I participated at least. I could of said screw it and gave up but I stuck to it and accomplished the challenge.
