Contests Photography

Town Photo Contest – I Need Your Help!

So, the town photo contest is finally here and I need your help! It is my last year to enter because I will be graduating soon. As some of you remember last year I won second place and the year before that I one first. I need to enter a photo by April 19 but I am at a halt. I can not decide which photograph to enter. I need to choose a photo that represents my town through my eyes. Yes, all these photos were taken in my town. Now, I just need to narrow it down to one magnificent photo. Help!

So, here are 10 photos. Yes, 1o! Sorry, I could not get the list any smaller since I love them all. Hehe. Anyways, I would like to know which ones are your favorite, that can win the contest and why. Here we go…

1. Blooming Red Tulip

2. Puppy Love Oliver

3. Laughing Lady

4. Playground Princess

5. Crazy Callie Cat

6. Snowstorm

7. Hand of Remembrance

8. High in the Sky

9. Wave of Clouds

10. Shooting Light

So your pick? Opinion? Please comment and let me know before April 19. Letting you all know I am keeping count! Thanks so much to everyone because you are what helps me keep motivated to continue shooting photos and writing. Love you all and stay happy because its almost Friday! Hugs and kisses.

Cemeteries

A Cemetery Stroll

Last Sunday my mom told me I had to go outside and get some fresh air. I didnt want to do anything really but I got myself moving since its needed to help me stay healthy. So, with my camera in one hand I walked a little to the cemetery near my house. They are nice quiet places to just think and breath but they still creep me out at times. Especially at night but I avoid going there in the dark. Creepy!

Graves can be so interesting! They can tell you about the person who is dead. Lets see. Well, my grandpa died a few years ago. He is kinda “filed” away in this building which is cheap, but that does express him. How?? Well, he was a very organized man and liked to save his money. So, last Sunday I enjoyed my stroll. Maybe I will take another stroll somewhere soon. Especially, since Spring is here and everything is coming alive. Have a lovely weekend and stay happy!
