Sussex Saturday

My mother and I went up to Sussex County today. The weather was not great but we wanted to go to the community college open house that was going on. It was interesting to see the college. I never been to a college before so it was cool to experience the feeling. Maybe it will be the college I will go to or maybe it wont. I want to check out a few others around. See which one has the best selection of classes that I can take. The hardest part is to decide what to take to major in. Overall, I liked the college. Plus, its in my favorite county.

Besides the rain and wind the weather was not too bad. It was definately not as cold as I expected it to be. Luckily the rain was on and off. I got some nice fall photos in the country like the one above. This is at the lake our cabin is at. The leaves up there were gorgeous. Just bold oranges and reds. I could not resist taking photos. The beauty of fall. The season of color.

Anyways, I am going to play some good music. Maybe dance a little. Surf the internet some and read interesting news and stories. I will see what the nice night brings. Hope you all had a nice Saturday. Did something fun and read my blog. Haha. Stay happy and healthy. Peace.

Gotta Have Love

Love is so important to our survival. You can deny it as much as possible that you dont need love to make you happy and to help you survive but you are lying to yourself. I use to always deny that you needed love until I accepted it into my life. I am not just talking about love from people. Animals give lots of love also. My dogs cover me in love. All they express is love love love.

For example, when I come home from a day that was not so great, my dogs are waiting to express their love to me. If that means snuggling with them, giving them treats or walking them. It is all love. Just the connection I have with them is all the love I need in the world.

Never forget that their is always someone out there who loves you. Even if you do not realize it. It could be a person or animal. Also, make sure to keep your heart open to accept love and give love. Giving love is just as important as recieving it. Showing people you love them will help them love you back. Do not just take it. Give it. Give it with your heart.

Anyways, hope you all had a love filled day. Mine was a boring but an alright day. Like the photos? Its my Mom, Princess and Oliver. They love to snuggle with each other. Time to relax and get some sleep. Atleast the week is almost over. I am going to listen to some music and slowly pass out. Stay happy and filled with love. Peace.

pumpkins

The Pumpkin View

Did you know I go to two schools? I do not remember if I shared this news with you. Maybe I did maybe I didnt. Anyways in the morning I go to my main school for my academic classes and then in the afternoon I go to a tech school for small animal care. Its a nice relaxing afternoon. I get to learn and groom dogs there. Its nice to have grooming as a backup just incase I need a job or if I decide I do not want to go to college. So school is not too bad. Its perfect for me because I love dogs.

Ah, like this photo? Took it at the farm with all the pumpkins my mom and I went to. I liked the perspective of this photo. What do you think? Anyways, I am going to listen to music until my body wants to get some sleep. I hope everyones Monday was not too torturous. Stay warm. Peace.

Sleepy Sunday

Tomorrow is already Monday. It came around way too fast. Someone must of changed the time. Well, it is alright. School is going fine. No big news about it. Im getting fine grades which I am happy about. My biggest goals for this year is to get good grades. Want to finish school with knowing I tried my hardest.

Colleges? Well, my school is obsessed with getting students to look into colleges. So, if I do go to college it probably will be a community college. What for? Maybe photography or some kind of animal care. I will have to see where my path of the future takes me. Step by step and I will get where I want to.

Anyways, I am awake since I slept til like one in the afternoon today. Hehe. So, I am gonna play some music. Maybe dance in my chair like usual and surf the net for awhile. I hope you all had a nice weekend and are ready for Monday. Really though not many people are excited for Monday. Hope to talk to you all soon. Peace.

Fall is beautiful but it sure can be cold. Its been chilly here. Sad thing is their were a few flurries of snow earlier. So not ready. Go away snow. Do not come back for a long time. Maybe a few months. Brr. I am cold. Time to put on some heat and curl up in a warm blanket with some chocolate. Sounds good to me.

I think this photo is impressive. I just love the fall feeling it has. What do you think? Anyways, I am going to relax. Yes, like usual. I do it well. Hope you all are excited for Friday. Peace.

High in the Sky

Its been cold here but with nice sunny skies. I am not complaining yet. Amazingly I have not put the heat on in my room today. My mom would be happy if I froze to death with no heat all winter. She expects me to layer clothes. Is she crazy. That will get too heavy. I can survive in a tank top, a sweatshirt and jeans all winter. Crazy me.

The photo was taken yesterday. These trees happily live next to the cabin. Standing tall and going high up in the sky. I like the look of the photo. What do you think? Ah, anyways I am happy because I have no school tomorrow. Woot. Another day of relaxation and oh yea do some homework. Well, right now I am going to surf the big open web and listen to the music that I play always. I hope everyone had a nice Monday and did not freeze. Peace.

I See Pumpkins

Pumpkins everywhere. Pumpkins pumpkins pumpkins. Thats what my mother and I saw today at this great farm in the country. A big field filled with all sorts of pumpkins. It was a great place to take some photos. We came home with a pumpkin ofcourse.

So, today my mom and I went up to the country to close down our cabin for the winter. Just so cold up there during the winter months. We will definitely make some day trips up there. I would like to so I can get some nice country photos. After closing the cabin up we decided to make a fun day so we drove around the country and took some photos at the farm. Then we went to this restaurant place called the Chatterbox. I had a Buckaroo Burger and oh my gosh it was so yummy! It was a burger with bacon and bbq sauce and it was sure delicious. For me to eat a burger it has to be grilled right off the grill or taste like it or I wont like it. I do not usually get burgers from restaurants but it sounded good so I did and I am glad I did. Filled me up.

I took this photo at the farm today. I just liked how it came out. Especially, with the great big sky and the pumpkins on the ground. What do you think? This is just one of many of the photos I took at the ranch. I will share more here in the coming days and I will post the rest on flickr.

Its been a great day with my mom. Always nice to have our good family days together. Lots of laughing and bonding time with each other. Anyways, since I have been away all day I need to catch up on all my internet activity. Hope everyone had a nice Sunday. Maybe you got out and enjoyed the weather or had a good family day. Remembering Spring

I just noticed today that the leaves are starting to change colors. Fall is more visual everyday. Green leaves are starting to turn red, orange and brown. Soon they will be falling too. It means I will keep my camera by my side to capture the beauty of fall. The seasons are spectacular here in Jersey. Just one of the parts of New Jersey that I enjoy. Even though I am not a fan of winter it is always nice to experience the change.

Its Friday! I am happy. Four day weekend. Yippy. Lots of time to do stuff besides school. Yay! Maybe take a long bicycle ride or take my dogs on a nice long walk. I definitely need to clean my dogs and get the fleas off them. Going to wash them thoroughly with Dawn dish soap. It works I heard. Going to see how it works on my dogs. Lets home it solves the whole flea problem so my dogs dont suffer anymore.

This photo I took during spring. I know I know its not spring time but I want to remember it. Its buds on a tree. Just liked the composition. What do you think? Let me know your thoughts. Anways, I am going to surf the net and play my music. My usual routine of my night. Then get some sleep and great thing is I do not have to wake up early for school. Yay. Reflections trees

Reflection of Trees

Its getting colder and colder here in Jersey. I am not happy about it either. Please make the warm weather come back. I am missing it. Oh my gosh. Do you wanna know what I heard? Its already snowing in Colorado. Eww. I definately not ready to hear about snow yet. That should not hit us yet for awhile. Hopefully. Time to turn on the heat and curl up in a blanket.

Tonight my mom and I watched The Office. It is one of my favorite television shows. Just funny and suprising. I am so happy. Pam and Jim got married tonight. it was so sweet and funny. If you watch the show you know who I am talking about. If you do not watch the show I recommend you catch up and start. Its just one of those shows you like it or hate it. You understand it or it confuses it. Ah, I love Thursday night comedy.

Yay, its almost Friday! I have a four day weekend too! Yup. I have Monday and Tuesday off. Monday is Columbus Day and Tuesday is some kind of teachers day. I am excited. Do not really have any big plans yet except for Sunday. We are going to close up the cabin for the winter. My mom and I will make a nice day out of it. Do fun things this weekend. Maybe some clothes shopping. Maybe put more blonde streaks in my hair again. We will see what the weekend brings us.

Reflections. They make some awesome photographs. I took this awhile ago and just love the reflection and composition. What do you think? Anyways, I am going to relax and enjoy the rest of the night before sleeping. Listen to some music and surf the net a little bit. Just relax because I finished my homework. Beauty of Red

It was mad windy here today. So windy that I could of blown away since I am fun size. Luckily my two feet stayed grounded on earth. We should all be thankful for gravity.

I just love this photo that I took a long time ago. I do not remember when or where but just edited it tonight. It is a red tulip I think. The lighting is lovely. What do you think of this photo? Do you like it? Any criticism? Share your lovely thoughts with me. Oh, since its Halloween month I am going to try to get some good Halloween and Fall photos. Thats my assignment for myself this month.

Anyways, how was everyones day? Anything interesting happened? Not here. Same old same old. Day went by like always. After school I took Princess for a bicycle ride. This man pulled up in his pickup truck and is like telling me how I should slow down because my dog has small legs and my bicycle has big tires. To myself I am like well I am not going to push my dog if she does not like it. Sheesh. Its alright he was just informing me on something I know a lot about. Anyhow, Princess loved it. If she did not enjoy it and seemed like it wore her out too much I would not do it but she enjoys the exercise. So, moving on. I am going to relax my muscles and then get some sleep.
