A lot of people do not start listening to Christmas music until a few weeks or days before the holiday and stop listening to it when Christmas is over. Not me. I start months before and continue listening to it after Christmas passes. What can I say. I just love Christmas music. The songs are beautiful, upbeat and just tell wonderful stories. I guess it is also because I love Christmas, but I will explain that more in detail when Christmas is right around the corner. There is not many Christmas songs that I do not like but there are certain singers that I just love singing Christmas songs. For example, Josh Groban has a great spiritual voice. My favorite Christmas song he does is Silent Night. Just makes the song so beautiful and touching. One of my top favorite singers, Carrie Underwood does a wonderful version of Do You Hear What I Hear. Her strong voice is perfect for the song. My last one I will share with you is Oh Holy Night sung by Celine Dion. Her beautiful voice just fills the song with emotion. The cd above is a great Christmas album. They do not have the versions of songs I mentioned but it is still a cd i recommend.
Christmas is not too far away so everyone be prepared. It will be here quicker than you know it. My mom and I do not get all Christmas-y until after her birthday which is December 4th. Its our rule. Anyways, it felt like it was coming today because of the chilly here. I was all bundled up in my sweatshirt today. Nice and cozy. I hope you all had a nice Wednesday and do not forget to stay bundled up in the cold weather. Peace
