Idiots!

Bleeding HeartsHello everybody. It has been a big stormy day here today. I got my senior photo taken and it was fun. The guy will send the photos to my email and I will choose the best one. So, then I will post it or a few of them on here to share. After that was done with my mom, our three dogs and I came up to the cabin. It was crazy driving up here though. The rain was so hard coming down. All the cars were going so slow but atleast everyone was being safe and not driving like mad men. Its nice up here. Not too hot. Right now I am watching the movie Pure Country and surfing the net. I hope you have a nice night and stay cool.

So you all wanna know why I gave this blog post the title idiots? Okay, so a few days ago my mom left the camera at the camera store near us to get the sensor cleaned and I was suppose to get it back today. The thing is my mom got aa call today from the guy who works there and they accidentally mailed my camera to the Nikon store. What the hell! Seriously. Especially since I need it this weekend because my lake is having its usual summer Regatta with two of my dogs entered in the pet parade on Sunday. The guy let me borrow an old Canon Rebel. Its not a nikon but it will be okay to take some photos. I miss my camera. It is not fair at all. Now I am going to have to wait til Thursday or Friday for my camera. Well, I will live. Just pisses me off. Idiots!

Well, I do hope everyone had a nice Friday and be happy its the weekend now. So this is a photo I took awhile ago of bleeding hearts in my backyard. I do like this photo a lot. Power Outage

Oliver CloseupHello. How is everyone on this late Thursday night? Mine has been interesting. Lets see, where do I start. Well, the power went off around four-thirty. So my mother and I had some cold food for dinner which was not too bad since it was really hot out today. Then we went to see my grandma which is always nice. After that we went to Barnes & Noble and jokingly made funny stories up of people. It was really fun and humorous. When we finished that we came home. The power was on when we got home but sadly it went off a few minutes later. Dammit! So then my mom and I took the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood. After that I just laid in bed and all of a sudden it came back on. Woohoo! I hope it doesnt go back out. It is nice to be able to see and use the internet. I do not think I will make it by twelve.

I have my senior photo tomorrow which will be fun fun fun! Then my mother, the dogs and I are going up to the cabin til Tuesday. I will hopefully be able to still borrow the internet up there.

Well, this post is a few minutes past Thursday but that is not my fault. Blame the stupid power outage. I do hope you like the photo of Oliver’s cute nose and mouth. He is such a cutie! One of my favorite photo subjects are my dogs. They have such great expressions and markings. Hope you all had a nice Thursday and I will talk to you all later today. Stay cool and Peace.

Spotty Leg

Oliver Spotted LegHowdy everyone! Its been stormy here all day. Sinuses have been hurting me but I have been surviving. I just been hanging out taking it easy. Listening to music on blip.fm, surfing the net and doing chores. I cleaned Lady’s ears today since one was really gross and filled with crap. Then I washed her because she had not been washed in awhile and was getting a little on the smelly side. We all know she is a Lady so she needs to be as clean as possible.

My mother trimmed my hair today because it was getting really long, too many dead ends and just with an inch or two off makes me cooler. Also, I am getting my senior photo taken Friday which is going to be fun fun fun. Not really but it will be be nice to know that I am finally a senior and getting my last school photo taken. Woohoo!

Look, its Oliver. That is his front leg with his adorable black spots. He is very unique looking with his adorable black spots all over him and his big black spot over his eye. He is the cutest! I like this photo. It is not a wow photo but it is still a nice photo in my opinion. What do you think of it?

Summer Lady

Groomed LadyHello. It has been a hot, sweaty and rainy Tuesday. It was high eighty eight here in New Jersey today. Hot hot hot! I have been sweaty all day because stubborn me still wont use my air conditioner in my room. I just letting myself be hot and sweaty. I am going the whole summer without the air co. Look at it this way it is saving money for my mom without that going. There was a little thunderstorm today which was not that fun because I have a sinus headache. Plus, it is suppose to storm still the next few days which will not help. Luckily my mom got me some Dr Pepper which will help the nausea.I just hung out inside all day. Listening to music and surfing the net. Also, snuggling my dogs.

I know this is not the best quality photo but it was taken with my phone because my camera still not clean yet. Now you all see Lady’s new haircut I gave her. What do you think? I know she still hairy on her legs but that is because she gives me attitude. I will get those legs done soon. Overall I think I did a pretty nice job. I like it better than other times I have groomed her. Lady is much more comfortable for the hot weather now. Let me know what you think of Lady’s new summer cut and the not so great photo.

Hot Monday

bloomingHello. It is sure hot here in New Jersey today. No rain. At least not yet. So, my mom is going to try to get the lens cloth tomorrow so I can clean my camera and hope that does it. If that does not fix the mark then I am going to be pissed.

I listened to Daughtry all day long. I heard every song on the album about ten or twenty songs. They are great songs. I love all music really. Anything that has a good beat. I am not picky about genres. I like country, pop, metal, rock, alternative and anything else that sounds good to my ears. Some of my favorite bands and singers are Pink, Daughtry, Avril Lavigne, Evanescence, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Nightwish, Within Temptation, Beyonce, Brad Paisley, Gary Allan, Melissa Etheridge, BarlowGirl and so many others. The list can go on and on and on.

This photo is older but it is one of my favorites. Its during spring time and its our dog wood tree blooming. It has great depth of field in my opinion. What do you think?

Traveling Thoughts

blackeyedsusanHello. How was everybody’s Sunday fun day? Mine was normal. Nothing big or exciting happened. We came home from the cabin and got some Dairy Queen. It was yummy as usual. The weather is crazy. Been thunder storming on and off with sun out too. It is suppose to rain and thunderstorm this whole week which will be just wonderful for my sinuses. I will expect a sinus headache so I will have the Excedrin ready. Besides the bad weather the day has been fine. I listened to Daughtry’s new album most of the day. I love music!

You know what I thought about today. I want to travel a little bit around the United States. I am not one to really want to travel out of the country. Maybe one day to my home country of Russia. Also, maybe Italy, Australia and the UK but mainly the USA. I would definitely want to go to the Grand Canyon. Also, just see the magnificent land and history of this country and take a lot of photographs. There is so much to see. I am a person who would settle down but once in awhile take a trip somewhere. Those are my traveling thoughts.

It is a black eyed susan. Pretty pretty pretty. I like how I captured the whole flower and right in the center. Just a great photo in my opinion. I have a lot of these flowers in our garden so that is why I take so many photos of them. Flowers are beautiful and great photo subjects. What do you think of this photo?

Globe Thistles

globethistlesHello. Guess what. I finally groomed Lady. Her feet are still furry a little bit because she gets aggressive when you get near her feet. I will give her a break and then I will get her feet done another day. She looks pretty good though. Today my mom’s friend came up to the cabin to see it and to visit for a little bit. He is very funny and can always make me laugh. I call him the comedian. Another cool thing is he is a bicycler. He goes on really long bicycle rides on different routes. It was hot and humid here today but there was a nice breeze. Sunny and cloudy. Overall not too bad.

I decided that I need to get a lens cloth to clean the dirt of the camera parts. I am hoping that will fix the problem. I miss taking photography. Atleast I have a lot of photos that work well for daily photoblog posts.

I am watching The Suze Orman Show and Suze is so funny! She makes me laugh with her attitude but she very smart and informative about money. My favorite part is Can I Afford It. People call in and ask Suze if they can afford something specific they want to buy. She approves or denies it. Denied!

Speeding By

speedingbycarHello everybody. TGIF.  I am up at the cabin and it was a pretty nice day. The weather changed between sunny to cloudy all day with some rain. I got to drive to the food store and back and I did not hit anything. I feel a little more comfortable driving each time. Still haven’t groomed Lady but I am seriously going to do it tomorrow morning. She really needs it done and I really need to do it. Oh, also my mother got Daughtry’s new album for me and I love it! Such great music!

I am kinda upset about my camera right now. I took a load of photos the other day and I had to get rid of most of them because there is some kind of mark or smudge on all of them on the top. It is not a big mark but I am very picky and do not like to crop. I think its the mirror inside that needs cleaning. My mother says we should bring it to the store because she doesn’t want us to scratch it unless I find some safe method to clean it. It is just upsetting because I cant take photos til I clean it or take it to a camera store. I am missing all these good opportunities to photograph things. I hate when you do not have your camera you see all these great photos you could take if you had your camera. I hope to get it clean soon.

Do you like this photo? I was having fun with shutter speed one day in my town. I think this photo is pretty cool with the building in the background and the car going by all blurry. Just gives the photo motion. Oh by the way this car is a red mini. Cute little cars. I will talk to you all soon. Going to hang out, talk to people, surf the net and listen to music. Shaggy Lady

LadyBackyardBWHello. Hope everyone had a nice Thursday so far. Mine was good. Did nothing much except chores around the house and chilled out. There was some sun today but mostly clouds and rain. Luckily, I do not have a sinus headache today.

My mom is taking off tomarrow and we are going up to the cabin for a three day weekend. It will be nice and the weather is suppose to be nice atleast on Saturday. I will definitely bring my camera up there like usual and I will get some photos if there is any nice weather.

On the radio today I heard that Daughtry’s new album, Leave This Town, is finally available. I am so excited! Daughtry is amazing and I already know I like the song “No Surprise” from their new album. My mother said if she can she will get the album to listen to in the car tomorrow on the way up to the cabin. If not I will definitely get it one of these days.

As you can tell in this photo Lady is very shaggy and fluffy. Tomorrow up at the cabin she is going to get shaved down. I did not get to it today so I must do it tomorrow. She needs her summer haircut and also she is hot. Plus she has mats all over that definitely need to come off. Lady is going to feel like velvet after being groomed and she is going to look so beautiful. Do you like this photo? I took this photo a few days ago. It was in color but I did not like it so I converted it to black and white. Let me know what you think.

Pretty Wednesday

purpleconeflowerHello. I hope everyone had a nice Wednesday. The weather here has been nice today. Its been sunny with just some passing clouds. I did not do much today. I watched some television, walked and played with my dogs, took some photographs and did social media stuff on the internet. Felt like having a nice easy day. I did not feel like going on my usual bicycle ride today but if it is nice tomorrow I will probably take one. I also need to groom Lady. She is the only one left in the pack all fluffy. Lady needs her summer haircut.

Guess what. I will be eighteen in a month! Yes, my birthday is August twenty second. I do not have any big plans yet but I will do something. I am not the kind to have huge parties or anything. My mother and I will probably take a day trip somewhere or eat at one of my favorite places. We will see when it gets closer to my birthday. I can’t believe that I am going to be eighteen already. Time flies by when you are having fun.

Right now I am watching President Obama talk on the news about health care. I am not really paying attention because I am writing this post and plus politics do not interest me. Just too boring and confusing at times. I do not feel like going into what I think about Obama. All I am going to say is he seems like a good President for this country. Just happy that Bush is not President anymore. I do think Obama  can change this country for the better instead of making us fall and be hated more. Thats all about that because I do not like talking about politics and the economy. Done.

This is a photo of a purple cone flower that I took today in the front garden. I love these flowers. Just so pretty and the cones of the flowers are so cool to photograph. Great bold detail they have. I took a lot of photos today with my macro lense and only kept like ten or something. Today I was really picky about what photos I liked and didn’t like. This photo is one of my favorites today. What do you think about this photo?
